DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, core components, workload lifecycle, deployments, service mesh configurations, and containerized workloads using Docker.
Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, write automation scripts in Shell and Python, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
Manage and operate GCP services, including CloudSQL, GKE, Memorystore Redis, Pub/Sub, VMs, and Vertex AI, while monitoring and optimizing cloud costs and resource utilization.
Handle networking, DNS, firewall, and VPC configurations.
Maintain and operate the Grafana, Prometheus, and Thanos observability stack, setting up alerts, dashboards, and on-call runbooks.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in DevOps/cloud infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Kong Gateway for managing containerized workloads and API gateway configurations.
Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
Solid experience working with GCP services such as CloudSQL, GKE, Redis, Pub/Sub, VMs, and Vertex AI.
Strong foundation in Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Thanos.
Proficient in Shell and Python scripting for automation, along with working knowledge of MLOps tools.
Good to Have:
Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and Datadog for monitoring and observability.
Familiarity with Ansible for configuration management and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Knowledge of ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments and HTTPRoute / Kubernetes Gateway API for traffic management.

Experience
6-9 yrs
