Role Description The Project Design Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for coordinating design-related activities across projects, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, technical teams, and management. Day-to-day tasks include supporting project planning, tracking design deliverables, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication between design, engineering, and operations teams. The role also involves reviewing design inputs, assisting in integrating architectural or interior design requirements into project plans, and helping resolve issues that may impact schedules, quality, or compliance. The coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement in processes, maintain organized project records, and support timely execution of project milestones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to support planning, scheduling, and execution of design activities.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Candidates should possess relevant design skills in Interior Design and Architecture to understand and interpret design requirements and drawings.
Candidates should possess proficiency in basic project documentation and tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software) and strong organizational abilities.
Beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, along with experience in aerospace, defense, construction, or technology-driven projects.
Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary environment, and familiarity with CAD or design visualization tools.
