Role Description As an Associate Founder at Lupyd, you will play a key role in shaping the product vision, business strategy, and day-to-day operations of a privacy-first collaboration and social media platform. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for part of the work to be done from home. On a typical day, you may coordinate with product and engineering teams, review and refine feature roadmaps, and help prioritize user-centric improvements. You will contribute to go-to-market plans, assist in building partnerships, and engage with early users to gather feedback and inform product decisions. The role also involves supporting fundraising activities, establishing internal processes, and helping build a strong, inclusive company culture.
Qualifications
Product and strategy skills: Experience in product visioning, roadmap planning, and aligning features with user needs and business goals.
Business and operations skills: Ability to support business planning, process setup, and day-to-day operational oversight in a startup environment.
Leadership and collaboration skills: Comfort leading initiatives, working cross-functionally, and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication for presenting ideas, communicating with users, and representing the company externally.
Entrepreneurial mindset: Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work with ambiguity, make data-informed decisions, and move quickly on priorities.
