About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Unloq (Formerly FealtyX) :
We are a funded startup and flipping the script on how Enterprises and Banks scale. Unloq is a fresh growth engine that lets Banks and consumer apps team up for hyper-targeted campaigns, making sure they have exponential growth and see serious ROI. We’re growing fast and looking for core team members who want to build something from the ground up.
What this role is about:
As a Partner Solutions Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Tech and Partnerships at Unloq.
You’ll work closely with the internal Product team while serving as the key technical and product-facing point of contact for our external partners (enterprise brands, payment partners, fintech apps, etc).
You’ll understand partner requirements and systems, translate them into actionable solutions, and drive integrations from discussion to go-live. While this isn’t a pure engineering role, you should be technically fluent enough to understand APIs, SDKs, data flows and dependencies, ask the right questions, identify gaps and edge cases, and effectively manage stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities :
Solutioning & Technical Discovery: Understand partner systems — APIs, mobile SDKs, webhooks, data flows, authentication — across integration types: Shopify and non-Shopify brand checkouts, mobile app SDK integrations, and bank onboarding (Lite POC and segmented offers). Define the right approach, flag gaps and edge cases before development starts, and document the spec so whoever picks up the build isn't starting from a blank page.
Technical Liaison: Be the single point of translation between internal Product/Tech and external partner teams — ensure both sides have a shared, unambiguous understanding of what's being built, by whom, and by when.
Stakeholder Orchestration: Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business and partner teams; build alignment and keep everyone moving toward the same outcome.
Integration Execution & Go-Live: Own the integration journey end-to-end — API, webhook, Shopify, or mobile SDK — from requirement gathering through development, testing/UAT and launch. Surface blockers as they come up and escalate rather than sit on them; carry forward what worked so the next integration of the same type is faster than the last.
Product Feedback Loop: Tell a genuine one-off partner ask apart from a pattern worth turning into a self-serve product capability, and route the latter to Product with the evidence behind it.
What are we looking for :
2–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Program Management, and client facing roles
Strong technical fluency: comfortable with APIs, mobile SDKs, webhooks, data flows, authentication and system dependencies — not a full-time developer, but able to hold real technical conversations.
Ownership & bias for action: follows things through without being chased, makes progress with incomplete information, escalates when needed, adapts as requirements evolve — comfortable building process while executing in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
Structured product judgment: breaks ambiguous problems into components and edge cases, then weighs the solution against both partner needs and Unloq's product capabilities.
Strong communication: clear with technical and non-technical stakeholders, comfortable managing different personalities and building alignment across teams.
Adtech, Fintech, Payments, SaaS, E-commerce or API-led experience is a strong plus.
Be a part of an early stage funded startup , get to work on interesting problems , with competitive ESOPs and good culture guaranteed. In case of any queries or if you’d like to talk about the team, feel free to reach out to hr@useunloq.com and we will set up a time to chat.
