Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Delhi, India. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery to support continuous production. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying issues, troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical problems, and completing repairs in a timely manner. The role involves executing preventive maintenance plans, documenting all work performed, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will also follow safety procedures, adhere to company standards, and assist in improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to support production equipment and facility systems.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to diagnose faults and implement effective corrective actions.
Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to plan and carry out scheduled inspections and servicing that reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent vocational qualification).
Experience working with manufacturing or automotive plant equipment and familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and equipment specifications.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to work in shifts or extended hours when required.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
