Recruiter

Role Description
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles within V N SOFTWARE. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, creating job postings, and proactively searching for talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. The Recruiter will conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, supporting onboarding activities, and adhering to company policies and local employment practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Nashik.
Qualifications
Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively across multiple job functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage with candidates.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
Comfort using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Knowledge of basic recruitment processes and best practices, including fair and non-discriminatory hiring.
Ability to work on-site in the Nashik.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in recruitment, especially in IT or software roles, is preferred but not mandatory.
