HR Intern

The Layered Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Intern to support our hiring, employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.
If you enjoy interacting with people, organizing processes and helping build a positive work culture, this internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the creative events and luxury lifestyle industry.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding, documentation and internship records.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Help maintain HR files, reports and other administrative tasks.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
• Interest in Human Resources, recruitment and people management.
