Role Description The Teaching Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kumbakonam. This role involves delivering high-quality classroom instruction in computer education and related technologies, following institute guidelines and curriculum frameworks. The Teaching Specialist will plan and conduct lessons, guide learners through practical exercises and projects, and support them in building job-ready skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining an engaging and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to enhance course content, participating in workshops, and contributing to career guidance and skill development initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom or lab-based instruction.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills to design structured, practical learning experiences.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for explaining concepts, mentoring learners, and collaborating with colleagues.
Relevant knowledge or experience in computer technologies such as Python, Data Science, Full Stack Development, SAP, Tally, MS Office, Programming, or related fields is highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related discipline is preferred, along with industry-recognized certifications.
Ability to facilitate hands-on training, manage diverse learner groups, and use digital tools for teaching and assessment.
Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach, with an interest in continuous skill development and upskilling.
