Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Hoodi, Whitefield, Bengaluru. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts for kitchens, wardrobes, and related spaces, translating client needs into practical, detailed layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding requirements, preparing mood boards, 2D/3D layouts, and detailed drawings, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and installation teams. The role involves selecting finishes, materials, and appliances, preparing presentations, and ensuring designs are executed accurately on-site within agreed timelines and budgets. The designer will also conduct site visits, provide design clarifications, and support quality checks to maintain design standards and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong Interior Design skills, with experience in residential projects such as kitchens, wardrobes, and storage-focused spaces.
Proficiency in Space Planning and Architecture fundamentals to create functional, ergonomic layouts.
Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution teams.
Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including finishes, fittings, and appliances.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and time management.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on-site as required for measurements, supervision, and coordination.
