About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description Pinaka Green is an end-to-end green hydrogen solutions company that builds safe and scalable hydrogen infrastructure for industrial and mobility applications. Its core services span full-stack plant development, owner-side engineering, PMC and EPC delivery aligned with Oil & Gas safety standards, and SaaS tools for safety, asset performance, and compliance.
Role Description The Process Engineer role at Pinaka Green is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves designing and optimizing process systems for green hydrogen production, including electrolyzers, balance-of-plant components, and associated utilities. The Process Engineer will develop process flow diagrams and P&IDs, perform material and energy balances, size equipment, and support detailed engineering with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include process simulations, establishing process control philosophies, participating in HAZOP and safety reviews, and supporting commissioning and troubleshooting of hydrogen plants. The role also requires close collaboration with project, operations, and digital teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance that meets regulatory and client requirements.
We are looking for a generalist rather than a specialist.
