Role Description The IPE Chemistry Faculty will teach intermediate-level Chemistry to IPE students, with a strong focus on concept building, problem-solving, and exam preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering classroom lectures, creating lesson plans and course materials, preparing practice questions and assignments, and conducting regular assessments to track student progress. The faculty member will clarify doubts, provide individualized academic support, and maintain classroom discipline and engagement. The role also involves coordinating with other faculty and academic coordinators to align content coverage with the curriculum and exam timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati, requiring consistent presence for classes, mentoring sessions, and academic activities.
Qualifications
Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry at the IPE/intermediate level, including core concepts, numerical problem-solving, and exam-oriented preparation.
Demonstrated teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly, engage diverse learners, and manage classroom interactions effectively.
Experience in designing lesson plans, academic content, practice papers, and assessments aligned with IPE and related competitive exam syllabi.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a student-centric approach and the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
Ability to use basic educational technology tools (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to support and enhance classroom teaching.
Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field; prior experience teaching IPE or similar programs is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, reliability in maintaining schedules, and willingness to participate in extra classes, doubt sessions, and parent interactions when needed.
