Marketing & Social Media Intern

Location: Jaipur preferred (mostly remote work); open to fully remote candidates
Duration: 3 months (extendable / potential for a longer-term role based on performance) Commitment: 5-6 hours/day, 5 days a week
Stipend: ₹8,000-10,000/month
Experience: No prior work experience required - portfolio matters more than resume
About the role
Expandza is looking for a Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience across social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You'll be doing real work from day one and you'll pick up skills in website management and lead generation along the way, which most internships at this stage won't teach you.
This role is built for someone who's creative, fast to learn, and genuinely enjoys making content - not just consuming it.
What you'll be doing
Creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms
Video editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube content)
Building and managing the social media content calendar
Designing carousels for Instagram/LinkedIn
Managing Instagram highlights and profile upkeep
Uploading and optimizing YouTube videos
Writing and posting LinkedIn content
Handling email communications
(With training) Using AI tools to speed up and improve content creation
(With training) Building and managing websites — Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce
(With training) Supporting lead generation efforts
What we're looking for
A CV, plus a portfolio - send us anything cool you've made, whether it's social media content, AI-based work, or otherwise. Personal projects, stuff you made for fun, college fests, anything counts. We just want to see that you can actually create, not just talk about it.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, and some basic video editing experience (any editing app works InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
An eye for what makes content look good and perform well
Based in Jaipur, or willing to work remotely with strong self-discipline and communication
Willing to learn - you'll be trained on web platforms, lead gen, and AI tools for content creation, so curiosity matters more than existing knowledge in these areas
