Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Varanasi. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction work, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and other project stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting in civil engineering design implementation, supervising layout and levels, verifying materials and workmanship, and supporting planning and scheduling of site tasks. The role also involves preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, resolving technical issues on site, and supporting stormwater management and other infrastructure works as required.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills relevant to infrastructure and site development projects.
Experience working with Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams in planning and executing site work.
Planning and Stormwater Management skills for coordinating site activities and drainage/infrastructure solutions.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in basic engineering software and office productivity tools.
Prior experience in site supervision or field engineering is an advantage.
