N-Cillarie is a growing organization focused on delivering technology-enabled solutions and services across clinical research, data management, AI, and business operations. We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to support our brand, marketing, social media, and business communication initiatives.
Role Overview
The Graphic Design Intern will support the creation of professional visual content for social media, presentations, websites, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, recruitment, and client-facing materials.
This role is ideal for a creative individual who wants hands-on experience working on real business and B2B marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Design corporate presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, and marketing collateral.
Develop creatives for N-Cillarie's clinical research, AI, technology, and service offerings.
Support the creation of infographics, icons, illustrations, and visual concepts.
Assist with website and digital marketing creatives.
Design recruitment and employer-branding materials.
Maintain consistency with N-Cillarie's brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual identity.
Work with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business Development teams to understand design requirements.
Adapt designs into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms.
Revise designs based on feedback and maintain high attention to detail.
Stay updated on current graphic design, social media, AI-generated design, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Proficiency in at least one design tool such as:
Canva
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Figma
CorelDRAW
Good visual and creative sense.
Ability to create clean, professional, business-oriented designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new design tools, including AI-assisted design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other professional design tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and B2B social media content is an advantage.
A portfolio of academic, freelance, personal, or internship projects is preferred.
