Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records. The HR Manager will support managers with workforce planning, handle employee relations and conflict resolution, and coordinate training and development initiatives. The role also includes managing compensation and benefits processes, supporting organizational culture and well-being, and partnering with leadership to align HR practices with the company’s storytelling-driven mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Candidates should possess skills in policy development, HR compliance, and knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

Candidates should possess skills in HR data management, reporting, and use of HRIS or similar tools.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a media, entertainment, or creative industry environment is beneficial, along with interest in socially impactful storytelling.
