AI Automation Expert

Role Description The AI Automation Expert is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance web and digital processes for Enodevs and its clients. In this position, you will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization, and build automation pipelines that integrate with web applications, third-party tools, and internal systems. You will develop and refine test cases, collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure automation aligns with project goals, and perform ongoing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. Day-to-day activities include monitoring automated processes, documenting configurations and best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement and scalability of the automation framework. You will also participate in agile ceremonies, provide technical input on automation strategy, and help ensure that solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, including designing workflows and integrating AI tools into existing systems.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues within automated processes and related infrastructure.
Candidates should possess experience in creating and maintaining Test Cases to validate automation logic, performance, and reliability.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills to ensure automated solutions meet defined standards, compliance requirements, and user expectations.
Experience with AI platforms, scripting languages (such as Python or JavaScript), and APIs for automation and integration.
Familiarity with agile development practices and collaboration tools used in team-based environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in web development or digital product environments is beneficial, as is prior work with RPA or AI-driven workflow tools.
