Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruporur for a SAP FICO Fresher working in an auditor office environment. The role involves assisting with the configuration and basic use of SAP FICO modules to support financial accounting and controlling activities, under the guidance of senior staff. Day-to-day tasks include entering and validating financial data in SAP, supporting preparation of ledgers and financial statements, and helping reconcile accounts. The SAP FICO Fresher will collaborate with auditors and accounting team members to extract reports, support internal audits, and ensure data accuracy and compliance with established procedures. The role also includes learning and following documentation standards, responding to routine queries, and participating in training to strengthen SAP and finance knowledge.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of SAP FICO concepts, including basic understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and controlling modules.
Candidates should possess core accounting and finance skills such as familiarity with financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with auditors, colleagues, and clients.
Candidates should possess solid computer literacy, including MS Excel and other office productivity tools, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Thiruporur, follow professional ethics, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to structured processes is expected.
Any internship, project work, or certification in SAP FICO or related ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
