Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore South. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications systems to ensure stable and secure communication channels across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors or service providers, and documenting system configurations and changes. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support voice and data communication needs, provide end-user assistance, and contribute to continuous improvement of telecommunication infrastructure. The role also involves ensuring adherence to security, quality, and reliability standards for all communication systems.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Telecommunications and Telecommunications Systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting telecommunication and network issues to minimize downtime.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven Customer Service abilities in supporting end users and resolving service-related concerns.
Relevant diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with VoIP, PBX systems, and network protocols is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with security best practices and performance monitoring tools for telecommunication systems.
Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore South, manage priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
