Role Description The Regional Marketing LSM Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving local store marketing (LSM) strategies and execution across assigned regions. This role involves planning and implementing localized campaigns, promotions, and activations to increase footfall, sales, and brand visibility in specific trade areas. The manager collaborates closely with restaurant operations, regional business teams, and the central marketing function to align local initiatives with national brand guidelines and growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing regional performance data, identifying market opportunities, managing vendor and agency partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. The role also involves monitoring competitive activity, optimizing LSM budgets, and preparing performance reports and insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven experience in regional or field marketing, preferably in QSR, retail, or consumer brands, with a strong understanding of local store marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute on-ground campaigns, events, and promotions, including coordination with operations teams and external partners.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and market insights to drive decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and refine LSM plans.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
Hands-on experience with marketing budgeting, basic digital and social media marketing concepts, and local community engagement initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, manage multiple regional priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in multi-location or multi-market roles and familiarity with the Indian QSR or FMCG landscape will be beneficial.
