Role Description The AI Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. In this position, the associate will monitor, manage, and optimize AI and data-driven systems in production environments, ensuring stable performance and timely issue resolution. Day-to-day activities include reviewing system logs and outputs, validating data quality, documenting workflows, and coordinating with engineering and data science teams to report incidents and implement improvements. The role involves preparing operational reports, updating runbooks and knowledge bases, and following standardized procedures for deployments, testing, and maintenance. The associate will also contribute to process automation initiatives, support internal stakeholders with AI-driven tools, and adhere to organizational standards for security, compliance, and quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in data handling and analysis, such as working with datasets, validating data quality, and using basic data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
Candidates should possess operational and technical skills related to AI systems, including understanding of model workflows, performance metrics, and experience with monitoring dashboards or ticketing tools.
Candidates should possess process and documentation skills, including creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, incident logs, and clear technical or operational reports.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions in a structured manner.
Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, explain technical issues in simple terms, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms, or scripting languages (such as Python or shell scripting) is highly beneficial.
