Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Dermatologists in India to help evaluate and improve Large Language Model (LLM) outputs in the medical domain.
You will use your clinical expertise to assess AI-generated medical content and dermatology images for accuracy, safety, diagnostic relevance, and quality. Your feedback will help improve the reliability and responsible use of AI in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Review AI-generated medical content for accuracy, safety, completeness, and relevance, with a focus on dermatology.
Evaluate AI-generated diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical summaries for dermatological cases.
Review dermatology images using a structured online evaluation platform.
Assess image quality and diagnostic usability, including:
Blur and focus
Lighting and exposure
Colour accuracy
Image framing and composition
Where applicable, identify likely skin conditions and provide confidence ratings.
Document clear clinical rationale for your assessments.
Provide expert feedback to improve the medical accuracy and safety of AI models.
Follow detailed evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency across assessments.
Requirements
MBBS with completed Dermatology residency.
Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience as a Dermatologist in India.
Must be currently based in India.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when evaluating medical images.
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images.
Technically comfortable with web-based platforms, image zoom/tools, annotation interfaces, and structured questionnaires.
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and accurately document clinical assessments.
Experience in medical content review, clinical research, medical annotation, or AI/ML evaluation is preferred but not mandatory.
