Role Overview:
We are looking for a Centre Manager-Delhi who will take end-to-end ownership of the center's business performance, revenue, patient experience, team productivity and day-to-day operations.
The Centre Manager will act as the key link between the clinical, patient counselling, operations and support teams, ensuring that the centre delivers a seamless patient journey while consistently achieving its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Ownership
Own monthly and annual centre revenue and business targets.
Drive patient acquisition, conversion, treatment initiation, renewals and collections.
Monitor centre performance against key business metrics and identify gaps.
Improve revenue per patient and overall centre profitability.
Prepare and execute monthly action plans to achieve business targets.
2. Patient Acquisition & Conversion
Drive patient acquisition through referrals, local marketing, health camps, corporate tie-ups and community outreach.
Work closely with the Patient Counselling team to improve enquiry-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversion.
Analyse patient funnel data and identify drop-offs.
Ensure effective follow-up of leads and prospective patients.
Build strong relationships with referral partners and local stakeholders.
3. Patient Experience
Ensure an exceptional patient experience across the entire patient journey.
Monitor patient feedback, complaints and service recovery.
Ensure timely resolution of patient concerns.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication and service quality.
Drive patient retention, referrals and positive word-of-mouth.
4. Centre Operations
Take complete ownership of daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, clinical protocols, safety standards and company policies.
Ensure optimum utilisation of doctors, spine specialists, patient counsellors and other centre resources.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, staffing and manpower requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT and other support functions for centre requirements.
Ensure clinic infrastructure, housekeeping, equipment and facilities are maintained to required standards.
5. Team Leadership
Lead and motivate the centre team to achieve business and service goals.
Set clear expectations and monitor individual/team performance.
Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews.
Coach team members on patient handling, communication, conversion and service excellence.
Identify capability gaps and coordinate with L&D/HR for training interventions.
Build a culture of ownership, accountability and patient-centricity.
6. Clinical & Cross-functional Coordination
Partner closely with Spine Specialists/Doctors to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent patient experience.
Ensure alignment between clinical recommendations and patient counselling.
Escalate operational or patient issues appropriately without compromising clinical protocols.
Work closely with the central leadership team on centre-level initiatives and improvement projects.
7. MIS & Performance Management
Track and report key centre KPIs including:
Revenue vs. Target
New Patient Footfall
Consultation Conversion
Treatment Conversion
Patient Retention / Renewal
Average Revenue Per Patient
Collections
Referral Contribution
Lead-to-Appointment Conversion
Patient Satisfaction / NPS
Team Productivity
Attrition and Attendance
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
3-6 years of experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, wellness or service operations.
Experience managing a team and owning business/revenue targets.
Strong understanding of sales conversion and customer/patient experience.
Strong operational and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with doctors, therapists, counsellors and support teams.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
High ownership, accountability and execution orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, wellness or other customer-facing service businesses will be preferred.
Experience handling P&L / centre-level revenue ownership will be an advantage.
