Role Description The Individual Contractor will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, managing and executing day-to-day landscape and decoration tasks at client locations. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, installing and maintaining outdoor decorative elements, coordinating materials and tools, and following project plans and design guidelines. The role involves regular interaction with clients and supervisors to clarify requirements, provide updates, and respond to any on-site issues. The contractor will be expected to adhere to safety standards, maintain cleanliness of the work environment, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work in a variety of outdoor conditions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess practical skills in landscape work, basic construction or installation, and general handyman tasks relevant to outdoor decoration.
Candidates should possess the ability to read and follow basic design plans, measure accurately, and use common tools and equipment safely.
Candidates should possess strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other on-site workers.
Candidates should possess a commitment to workplace safety, physical stamina for outdoor work, and attention to detail in finishing and maintenance.
Prior experience in landscaping, interior or exterior decoration, or construction-related roles is beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to understand instructions in English and/or local languages, is preferred.
