Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop front-end systems using TypeScript, React, and related tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Rapidly translate Figma mockups into fully functional, high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on design fidelity.
Lead the design reviews and ensure the implementation aligns with overall architectural guidelines and best practices.
Optimise applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring consistent performance across devices.
Implement and manage state management solutions (e. g., Redux, Zustand) to ensure efficient data flow within applications.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to influence design decisions and provide feedback on feasibility and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end components with APIs and services, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience developing user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and associated ecosystem tools.
Demonstrated experience in front-end architecture and design patterns, with the ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion.
Strong proficiency in translating design mockups into responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
Experience with state management solutions and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive user experiences.
Proficient in front-end testing frameworks (e. g., Jest, Cypress) for ensuring code quality and reliability.
Experience in leading design and code reviews, providing actionable feedback to peers.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product management, backend development, and UX/UI design.
