Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Ecolibrium, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. You will work closely with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences. Your expertise in frontend technologies and problem-solving will be essential in driving innovation and ensuring the success of our products.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and the implementation of robust testing frameworks.
Performance Optimisation: Optimise frontend performance to ensure fast load times and smooth interactions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, style guides, and user guides.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities to enhance the frontend architecture and user experience.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
