Audience Engagement Lead

We are looking for an Audience Engagement Lead who can build and grow audiences across YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp communities while converting event registrations into website traffic and engaged communities.
Responsibilities:
Drive follower and audience growth.
Increase community engagement and retention.
Drive traffic to the website through social media and other platforms.
Increase conversions from social media and third-party platforms.
Manage YouTube, Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp communities.
Create and manage short-form video content.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience building an audience from the ground up for a technical or student-focused Indian brand.
Ability to personally script, shoot, and edit short-form videos.
Experience managing a community of 10,000+ members, with a focus on engagement and retention, not just follower count.
Experience in developer communities, technology brands, hardware companies, or B2B technology events.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong technical English copywriting skills.
Good anchoring and presentation skills to conduct regular webinars.
Strong knowledge of social media management and analytics tools.
