Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jharsuguda. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, tracking project progress, resolving issues, and managing risks. The role involves supervising expediting activities, monitoring inspections, and aligning logistics to support project milestones. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely procurement, follow-ups, and delivery of materials and services.
Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, such as coordinating quality checks and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee transportation, material flow, and resource allocation for project activities.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field are preferred.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience working on-site in industrial or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office, along with effective verbal and written communication skills, is beneficial.
