Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, contributing to architectural design from concept development through construction documentation and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, developing design proposals, and refining layouts and details in line with project requirements and building regulations. The role involves collaborating with project managers, consultants, and contractors, reviewing technical inputs, and supporting site coordination to ensure design intent is maintained. The Architect will participate in client meetings, assist in preparing presentations, and contribute to project schedules and documentation. The position requires proactive communication, adherence to timelines, and a strong focus on design quality, constructability, and integration with allied disciplines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as working with design and documentation tools and coordinating digital models.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including task planning, coordination with stakeholders, and basic understanding of project timelines and deliverables.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., Drafting and presentation tools) is beneficial.
Relevant professional degree in Architecture and eligibility or progress toward professional licensure/registration are preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a multidisciplinary environment, are essential.
