Role Description As a Founder Intern at LevelIQ, you will work closely with the founding team to support product development, user research, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing user data, preparing presentations, and supporting experiments to improve product adoption and user engagement. You will help streamline operational processes, document workflows, and contribute to content and communication that explains LevelIQ’s value to retail investors. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Pune District, with flexibility for some work-from-home. You will gain exposure to early-stage startup operations, decision-making, and strategic problem-solving in the fintech space.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured market, product, and user research using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic financial concepts.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing summaries, presentations, and internal documentation.
Interest in personal finance, mutual funds, or fintech; willingness to learn about portfolio analysis and investor behavior.
Self-directed work style, with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate effectively with a small team.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Comfort with productivity tools and basic tech skills (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, collaboration platforms); prior startup or project experience is a plus.
