Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Investor Relations Management professional (compensation: 10 LPA) at Cehpoint. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors, responding to inquiries, and serving as a key point of contact for investment-related communication. The individual will prepare investor presentations, reports, and briefing materials, and support the creation of financial and performance updates that reflect the company’s strategy and results. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with finance and leadership teams on investment narratives, tracking market and industry trends, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. The role also requires coordinating investor meetings, webinars, and updates, ensuring clear, consistent, and compliant communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Investor Relations and Investments skills to manage stakeholder expectations and engagement.
Candidates should possess solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support strategic decisions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to deliver clear, concise, and professional information to investors and internal teams.
Relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or related fields within technology, cybersecurity, or e-learning sectors is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, IR-focused programs) are an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and data visualization platforms; familiarity with capital markets and investment terminology is preferred.
