Functional Business Consultant

Role Description The Functional Business Consultant will work on-site at the Noida office, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business processes and requirements. This role includes gathering and documenting functional needs, mapping them to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, and CRM capabilities, and configuring systems to meet client objectives. The consultant will participate in workshops, demonstrations, and user training, ensuring solutions are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with technical teams for customizations, supporting testing and deployment activities, and providing post-implementation support and process improvements. This position requires strong client-facing skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system workflows.
Qualifications
Ability to analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows, with experience in ERP or CRM implementations.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, and CRM, including configuration, functional setup, and end-user support.
Strong client communication skills, with the ability to conduct workshops, presentations, and user training sessions.
Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical and project management groups.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to solution design.
Prior experience in IT consulting or business analysis is highly beneficial; Microsoft certifications in Dynamics or Azure are a plus.
