📍 Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Pune | Bhubaneswar
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical components and enjoy delivering scalable HR solutions, we'd love to connect with you!
🔹 Required Skills
Oracle HCM Extracts
Fast Formula
BI Publisher (BIP) Reports
OTBI Reports
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
REST APIs
Strong SQL knowledge
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and integrations
🔹 Experience
6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Technical
Proven experience working on HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and support projects
🔹 Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BIP reports
Design and build OTBI reports and dashboards
Perform data migration activities using HDL
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance
Collaborate with functional and business teams to deliver solutions
