Operations Management Intern

The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi has established Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) under the auspices of Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. The AIC has been registered as a Section 8 company under the aegis of GGSIPU and known as AIC GGSIPU Foundation, Delhi. The AIC-GGSIPU is poised to be a world-class setup, having state of the art facilities for innovation and incubation activities.Atal Incubation Centre – GGSIPU is looking for a dynamic Operations Intern to support our incubation programs and day-to-day operations while working closely with startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in managing incubation and acceleration programs
• Coordinate with startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners
• Support event planning, workshops, and startup engagement activities
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Help streamline processes and improve program efficiency
Skills Required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Basic knowledge of startups or the innovation ecosystem (preferred)
Stipend
• Unpaid for the first month
• Performance-based stipend of up to ₹5,000/month from the second month onward
