Role Description The Process Trainer (BPO) is a full-time. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end process training for new hires and existing team members, ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and floor training sessions, preparing and updating training materials, and facilitating process simulations and assessments. The Process Trainer will identify performance gaps, conduct training needs analysis, and collaborate with operations and quality teams to design targeted interventions. The role also involves tracking training effectiveness, maintaining training reports, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives within the BPO environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training Needs Analysis and New Hire Training skills to design and deliver effective process learning programs.
Candidates should possess excellent Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to conduct engaging sessions and clearly convey complex information.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify skill gaps, and recommend appropriate training solutions.
Prior experience as a Process Trainer or in BPO operations, with knowledge of standard call center or back-office workflows, is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using MS Office tools, learning management systems, and reporting dashboards to manage training content and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple training batches, and adapt quickly to changing client processes.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with formal training or certification in learning and development or instructional design considered an advantage.
