Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily logistics operations. This includes planning and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments, managing transportation and delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation for dispatches and receipts. The role involves close collaboration with production, sales, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow, minimize delays, and meet customer delivery commitments. The Logistics Executive will regularly track shipment status, resolve logistics issues, liaise with transporters and customers, and support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
Candidates should possess Sales awareness and the ability to support order fulfillment and client coordination.
Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain within manufacturing, construction materials, or industrial products is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or inventory management systems is beneficial.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
