This is a senior functional consulting opportunity for professionals with strong hands-on SAP Controlling experience and proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration / brownfield implementation projects.

💰 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ₹35–45 LPA + applicable benefits

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
As an SAP CO Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting key SAP Controlling workstreams within a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA brownfield transformation.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and international project teams across multiple geographies.
The program involves a complex global landscape with multiple countries, company codes and legal entities, making this an excellent opportunity for consultants with strong global SAP implementation experience.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
• Execute SAP CO activities across the S/4HANA migration lifecycle.
• Analyze existing ECC processes and validate their alignment with SAP S/4HANA standards.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design.
• Perform SAP CO configuration and functional activities.
• Support workshops and design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with FI, MM, SD, PP and other cross-functional SAP teams.
• Support integration and validation of SAP CO processes with third-party systems.
• Participate in testing, defect resolution, cutover and deployment activities.
• Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement during the migration.
• Support global stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows and project deliverables.
• Independently manage assigned SAP CO workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide strong functional and consulting support throughout the implementation.

Strong hands-on experience in several of the following areas:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis / CO-PA
• Period-end / Month-end Closing
• Year-end Closing Processes
• SAP CO integration with FI
• Integration with MM, SD and PP
• Third-party system integration
• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration
• SAP S/4HANA implementation / transformation
𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
• 10+ years of strong hands-on SAP CO consulting experience
• Strong experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programs
• Proven experience with ECC to S/4HANA brownfield migration
• Experience working in global implementation / rollout environments
• Experience supporting multiple company codes, legal entities and countries
• Strong understanding of SAP CO business processes and integration points
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to independently own and drive assigned functional workstreams
• Strong workshop, documentation and presentation capabilities
• Experience working with international / overseas stakeholders

Prior experience working directly with global / overseas clients will be an added advantage.
