MERN Engineer

Role Description The MERN Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing secure APIs, building responsive user interfaces, integrating AI-powered and mobile-first features, and optimizing application performance. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring close teamwork with cross-functional colleagues and active contribution to continuous improvement of the platform.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong MERN stack skills, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Candidates should possess front-end development skills such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
Candidates should possess back-end and API development skills including RESTful services, authentication/authorization, and data modeling.
Candidates should possess software engineering skills such as version control (Git), unit/integration testing, and debugging.
Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices, including deployment pipelines, containerization, or related tooling.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Experience building mobile-first or AI-enabled applications and prior work in SaaS or field service domains is a plus.
