Role Description The Medical Aesthetician is a full-time, on-site role based at Jaipur Aesthetics Clinic in Jaipur. The role involves performing a variety of aesthetic procedures, including hair removal treatments, laser-based services, and microneedling under appropriate clinical protocols. The Medical Aesthetician will conduct patient consultations, explain treatment options, prepare clients for procedures, and ensure accurate documentation of services provided. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, following infection control and safety guidelines, and coordinating with medical professionals when needed. The role requires delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, educating patients on aftercare and skincare routines, and supporting clinic operations as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Hands-on skills in hair removal procedures, including Laser Hair Removal and other Hair Removal techniques.
Proficiency in Microneedling and familiarity with related skin rejuvenation treatments.
Foundational understanding of Medicine relevant to aesthetic procedures, including contraindications, skin anatomy, and patient safety.
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage patient expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
Completion of relevant aesthetician or cosmetology training; certification or diploma in medical aesthetics or dermatology assistance is an advantage.
Experience working in a clinical, dermatology, or aesthetic setting, with adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Ability to follow treatment guidelines, work collaboratively with medical staff, and manage time efficiently in a busy clinic environment.
Comfort using clinic management systems for scheduling, documentation, and patient records; basic computer literacy required.
