About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Expert Level
Company Description
ASITUJ is a premier outsourcing and fulfillment center providing comprehensive customer service, operational support, and fulfillment solutions to global brands. We operate in a demanding, performance-driven environment where quality, discipline, accuracy, and continuous improvement are non-negotiable.
Our services include 24/7 customer support across phone, email, chat, and social media, along with order fulfillment, technical support, secure data management, consultation, and training.
At ASITUJ, we do not simply fill positions—we build strong, capable teams and systems that support sustainable business growth.

Role Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and exceptionally capable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who already understands what it means to operate at a strategic and operational level.
This is not an entry-level HR role, and it is not a position for someone who wants to “try HRBP” to see if they can do it.
We are looking for a professional who is already an expert in Human Resources Business Partnering—someone who enjoys their work, understands people and business deeply, takes ownership, solves problems independently, and continuously works to improve their knowledge and professional capabilities.
The ideal candidate should be smart, commercially aware, highly disciplined, confident in decision-making, and capable of working closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
You should be comfortable managing complex HR situations, challenging existing processes when necessary, and recommending practical, data-driven solutions.

What We Expect From You
You should already have strong hands-on expertise in the core areas of HRBP responsibilities, including:
Strategic HR Partnership
* Partnering with business leaders and management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
* Understanding business requirements and translating them into effective workforce and people strategies.
* Advising leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent management, and employee effectiveness.
* Identifying people-related risks and proactively recommending solutions.
Employee Relations & Workplace Management
* Managing employee relations with maturity, fairness, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
* Handling conflicts, grievances, disciplinary matters, and sensitive workplace situations professionally.
* Building a respectful, professional, and high-performance workplace culture.
* Maintaining a strong balance between employee experience and organizational requirements.
Performance Management
* Managing and improving performance management systems.
* Supporting managers with goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, improvement plans, and employee development.
* Identifying performance gaps and working with leadership to create effective solutions.
* Ensuring accountability is maintained across all levels of the organization.
HR Operations Excellence
The HRBP must have complete command over day-to-day HR operations.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Employee onboarding and offboarding
* HR policies and procedures
* Attendance and leave management
* Employee documentation and records
* Employee engagement
* Training and development coordination
* Compliance and disciplinary procedures
* HR reporting and analytics
Payroll, employee rosters, attendance management, workforce scheduling, and operational HR coordination are considered fundamental parts of the role.
You should already be comfortable managing these responsibilities efficiently and accurately.

HR Systems, Payroll & Workforce Management
The ideal candidate must have strong practical expertise in:
* Payroll coordination and validation
* Attendance and leave management
* Employee rosters and workforce scheduling
* Shift planning and manpower coordination
* HRIS systems
* HR reporting and analytics
* Employee data management
* MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
You must be capable of identifying errors, improving processes, and ensuring accuracy without requiring constant supervision.

HR Strategy & Continuous Improvement
We are looking for someone who does more than follow existing processes.
You should be able to:
* Identify inefficiencies in HR operations.
* Analyze HR metrics and workforce data.
* Recommend meaningful improvements.
* Develop practical HR strategies.
* Improve employee retention and engagement.
* Support talent development and succession planning.
* Build scalable HR processes suitable for a growing organization.
A strong HRBP understands that HR is not just administration—it is a business function that directly impacts performance, productivity, retention, culture, and growth.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
* Significant and proven experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
* Excellent understanding of applicable labor and employment laws.
* Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations matters.
* Strong experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, and roster management.
* Experience working with HRIS systems and HR data.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent will be an advantage.
* Experience in a fast-paced BPO, outsourcing, customer service, fulfillment, or operations-driven environment is strongly preferred.

The Person We Are Looking For
We want someone who:
* Already knows the job.
* Is confident in their HR expertise.
* Enjoys working in Human Resources.
* Takes pride in solving complex people and business challenges.
* Understands both the human and commercial sides of an organization.
* Is naturally curious and continuously improves their professional knowledge.
* Does not wait to be told what to do.
* Can identify problems and propose solutions.
* Is comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
* Has high standards for accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
* Can communicate confidently with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
* Understands that HR decisions can directly impact business performance.

Important: Please Read Before Applying
This position is strictly for experienced HR professionals who are already confident and capable of performing the HRBP role.
We are not looking for someone who wants a platform to experiment, test themselves, learn the basics, or try something new to determine whether HR Business Partnering is the right career path for them.
Payroll, rosters, attendance, employee engagement, HR operations, and strategy are all essential parts of this role—but these should be areas where you already have strong knowledge and practical experience.
Please apply only if you are already an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Business Partner who understands the responsibilities, challenges, and expectations of the role.
If you are looking for an opportunity to “test your skills,” gain your first HRBP experience, or learn the fundamentals of the position, this role may not be suitable for you.
We are looking for a professional who can join the organization and bring experience, intelligence, strategic thinking, operational expertise, and immediate value.
