Role Description The International Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalkaji. This role involves advising customers on international travel packages,, including flights, accommodations, tours, and packages, while matching offerings to customer preferences and budgets for thailand, bali, vietnam. The consultant will coordinate travel arrangements, manage bookings and reservations, and handle changes or cancellations promptly and accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing detailed itineraries, resolving service issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires meeting sales targets, keeping up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and policies, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service and offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in International Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
Candidates should possess skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Relevant experience in international travel packages sales or agency work is beneficial.
