Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making for operations and strategy. The role involves facilitating meetings with stakeholders, mapping process flows, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will also monitor performance metrics and assist in implementing best practices to support CityBond’s growth and efficiency.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed business decisions.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications.
Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, prepare clear documentation, and present findings.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, building materials, or related industries is beneficial.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
