Office Based in Pune | Court/Authority Work in Pune & Mumbai
We are looking for a Junior Advocate / Legal Associate to assist in handling and independently attending matters before the Charity Commissioner, Pune and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attending hearings and proceedings.
• Drafting applications, affidavits, replies and written submissions.
• Legal research under the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 and allied laws.
• Maintaining case files, hearing dates and follow-ups.
• Coordinating with clients/trustees and assisting in preparation of matters.
Preferred Candidate:
• LL.B. / Enrolled Advocate.
• Prior experience in Charity Commissioner / Trust matters preferred.
• Good drafting, communication and research skills.
• Ability to independently attend hearings and follow up matters.
• Willingness to travel between Pune and Mumbai.
Freshers with a genuine interest in Trust & Charity Law are also encouraged to apply.
