Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Manager – Data Analysis and Insights (Real Estate). The role involves leading data analysis initiatives to generate actionable insights on real estate markets, portfolio performance, and client-specific projects. The manager will design and implement analytical frameworks, build dashboards and reports, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, translating requirements into analytical models, and presenting findings in clear, compelling formats. The role also includes overseeing data quality, standardizing analytical processes, and staying updated on market trends, tools, and best practices relevant to real estate analytics.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful business insights.
Proficiency in statistics and statistical methods for trend analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience in data analysis and data analytics, including use of relevant tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
Familiarity with real estate or related domains (e.g., financial services, consulting) is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
Experience in people management or mentoring analysts is an advantage.
Comfort using modern data and visualization tools and an interest in continuous learning in analytics and real estate markets.
