Role Description:
The Manager Leadership Training is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership training programs that build managerial capability and support organizational goals. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs assessments, creating training content and curricula, facilitating classroom and workshop sessions, and coaching managers on leadership behaviors and performance. The role also involves collaborating with business leaders and HR to align training initiatives with strategic priorities, tracking training metrics to measure impact, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and learning outcomes. The Manager Leadership Training is expected to foster a culture of learning, ensure high-quality participant experiences, and support change management activities related to leadership development.
Qualifications:
Strong Training & Development and Training skills, with minimum 12 years experience in designing, facilitating leadership programs and managing learning and development projects.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
Demonstrated Supervisory Skills for leading teams, managing stakeholders, and guiding participants through development journeys.
Customer Service orientation to ensure high-quality support for internal clients and responsive handling of training needs.
Proven experience in corporate learning, organizational development, or HR, preferably in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in L&D or coaching are an advantage.
Ability to use learning technologies and analytics to track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Noida in a fast-paced setting.
