Role Description
The Franchise Manager role is a full-time, remote position ie. Work From Home responsible for developing, managing, and supporting Agroha franchise partners across assigned regions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential franchisees, explaining the franchise model, and guiding candidates through onboarding and setup. The Franchise Manager will help implement standard operating processes, ensure brand consistency, and provide ongoing mentoring and performance monitoring for franchise partners. Additional responsibilities include identifying new franchisees in different cities of India and converting them.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in franchise management, business development, or partner relations, with the ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
Skills in communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to present concepts clearly and facilitate online discussions.
Basic knowledge of operations, process implementation, and performance tracking to support franchise setup and ongoing compliance.
Comfort with digital tools and remote work platforms (video conferencing, collaboration tools, CRM or spreadsheets, zoom meetings) for managing distributed franchise networks.
Prior experience in networking, community-building, or membership-based organizations is an advantage.
Strong ethical orientation, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a full-time remote capacity, manage time effectively, and handle multiple franchise-related tasks.
Currently AGROHA has 2 Chapters in Jaipur and Udaipur. Upcoming Chapters are in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Hyderabad.
