To give you a flavour, these are some of the key tasks for this Internship at our Manufacturing Plant
Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery
Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through implementing making/packing process or work system changes
Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-line improvement and loss elimination
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants

Job Qualifications
Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills
Problem solving via innovation creativity
Strong thinking/analytical skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 to July 2028
