Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description:
Manufacturing Supply Chain Specialist
Work Location: Bac Ninh or Vinh Phuc, Viet Nam
Responsible for end-to-end supply escalation management, shortage mitigation, supplier engagement, PO governance, backlog and forecast management, executive reporting, audit compliance, and crisis response to ensure uninterrupted production support across multiple sites and suppliers.
Working with Mfg partner, ensure that all material orders are being executed via MRP signals and support production plans. Interface for the CM’s material procurement / management team. Responsible for reporting, resolving/escalating material issues as required. Monitor and manage non-nettable inventory status.
Review and manage CM/ODM material escalations, ensuring proper due diligence and timely resolution.
Attend supplier escalation calls with Site teams and GCM.
Collaborate with GCM to assess and resolve component shortages.
Review and report Long Pole items impacting CTB/CQFQ commitments.
Support brokers buy activities to mitigate supply constraints.
Review and approve PPV and MOQ requests.
Conduct CTB assessments related to PPV submissions.
Ensure sufficient PO coverage and maintain accurate CRD dates.
Manage PO cancellation activities and related supply chain impacts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics industry, and in similar roles; working experience in tier one EMS company is preferred
Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Mandarin is preferred
Well versed with Oracle/SAP ERP, Windows and Microsoft Office, other computer system
Familiar with CTB/build plan/ BOMs, ECO&DEVs etc.
Must be able to independently resolve issues in accordance with the processes and guidelines
