Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing CAD drawings and models, coordinating with architects and civil engineers, and supporting the preparation of design reports and documentation. The role involves site visits to review construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to project teams. The Structural Engineer will also participate in project meetings, assist in value engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Mtech Structures , with the ability to apply engineering principles to practical design challenges.
Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including the use of relevant analysis tools and methods for different structural systems.
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for preparing structural drawings, models, and details.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams and interacting with clients and contractors.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
