Role Description As an Oracle FCCS Consultant at Helios Systems Asia, you will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions. You will gather and analyze business requirements, configure FCCS modules, and support enterprise performance management (EPM) processes such as financial close, consolidation, and reporting. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders, mapping and improving business processes, integrating FCCS with other Oracle applications, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues. You will prepare documentation, conduct user training, and provide ongoing consulting support to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of FCCS solutions.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and experience with financial consolidation, planning, and performance management processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications, preferably Oracle FCCS and related cloud or on-premises Oracle EPM tools.
Consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, understand requirements, and translate them into effective technology solutions.
Understanding of Business Process design and optimization, particularly within finance, accounting, and reporting functions.
Exposure to Order Management or related enterprise systems integration is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle FCCS or other Oracle EPM cloud solutions is highly desirable.
