Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for two Chiller Service Technicians based in Delhi, India. The Chiller Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair of chiller units, including inspection, cleaning, component replacement, and system performance checks. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and executing corrective actions to ensure efficient operation. The role involves field service at customer locations, completing service reports, following safety standards, and coordinating with the team for timely resolution of service requests. The technician will interact with customers to explain work performed, provide basic operating guidance, and support a professional service experience.
Qualifications
Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for chiller systems and related HVAC equipment.
Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
Experience in Field Service, including on-site inspections, service calls, and travel to customer locations.
Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships.
Knowledge of chiller operation, refrigeration cycles, and basic electrical safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation.
Prior experience as a chiller or HVAC technician; experience with industrial or commercial chillers is an advantage.
Relevant technical qualification or certification in refrigeration, air conditioning, or mechanical/electrical trades.
Physical ability to work on-site, including lifting equipment, working in varying environmental conditions, and adhering to safety protocols.
